About us

Orozco & Asociados is a law firm based in Ronda, specializing in real estate and banking law. We handle each case with technical expertise, without outsourcing client follow-up.

THE PRINCIPAL

Francisco Orozco

Principal attorney of the law firm. Doctor in Legal and Political Sciences from Pablo de Olavide University of Seville. Law degree from the University of Cádiz, with a focus on Public Law.

He has served as professor of Constitutional Law and Procedural Law at the University of Seville (2017-2019), and as professor of Legal Theory at the University of Granada (2016). He combines procedural practice with academic activity and specialized publications.

Member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Málaga (practicing on own account) and the Illustrious Bar Association of Seville.

TEAM

A small law firm with complete dedication to each case

The firm is composed of principal attorneys and administrative support staff. Each matter is assigned to a lawyer who assumes follow-up from start to finish: investigation, intermediate phase, trial and, where applicable, appeals.

We do not outsource matters to rotating collaborators. Communication with the client is direct with the attorney in charge of the case.

SPECIALIZATION

Real estate and banking law, in depth

The law firm’s activity focuses on two verticals with well-developed jurisprudence and sufficient procedural volume to accumulate real expertise:

Real estate law: real estate transactions with conflicts, hidden defects and ten-year liability, urban and rural leases, homeowners’ associations, horizontal property, evictions, easements and planning law. Defense of the buyer, seller, community and individual owner.

Banking and mortgage law: foreclosures and opposition for abusive clauses, floor clause, IRPH, mortgage expenses, multi-currency mortgages, revolving credit cards, banking commissions and claims against entities, securitization funds and servicers (Aliseda, Anticipa, Haya, Servihabitat).

Jurisprudential knowledge of these matters (CJEU Aziz, Gutiérrez Naranjo, Andriciuc; STS 241/2013, STS 49/2019, STS 149/2020, STS 463/2019, STS 608/2017) is the main defense tool.

COVERAGE

Headquarters in Ronda, cases throughout Spain

The law firm’s headquarters is in Ronda (Málaga). From there we handle defense before courts and tribunals throughout the province of Málaga, Provincial Court of Málaga, Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia and, within its scope, National Court and Supreme Court.

We also handle real estate and banking cases before specialized courts for abusive clauses, first instance courts and Provincial Courts throughout the rest of Spanish territory. We manage procedural coordination and travel from Ronda.

The client can maintain communication through telematic means (video call, phone call, email) without needing to travel to the headquarters except for procedural milestones that require it (signing of deeds, mandatory personal appearances).
