Attorney fees
In accordance with Chapter V of the General Statute of the Spanish Bar Association, approved by Royal Decree 135/2021, of March 2, it is hereby made known that the price of services for any attorney at this law firm is 90 euros / hour.
- Taxes and/or withholdings not included.
- Unless a prior estimate is necessary, approved by professional engagement letter.
- For Banking Law matters (in defense of consumers and users): at no cost.

Payment is in advance and non-refundable for changes or cancellations within 48 hours. Fractions of an hour are rounded up.
Transparency
Professional engagement letter
In accordance with article 48 of the General Statute of the Bar Association (and other applicable regulations), at our law firm we formalize an engagement letter in which you will be informed of the following points:
- Professional identity: full name of the attorney, ID number, Bar Association to which they belong and membership number, professional address and means of communication including electronic channels.
- Case viability: we will inform you about the real viability of the matter you entrust to us, we will try to dissuade you from pursuing unfounded conflicts and we will advise you on alternative avenues when appropriate.
- Fees and costs: we will present the fees and costs of the action. We will also inform you of the consequences of a potential cost order and its approximate amount.
- Case status: we will keep you informed of the status of the proceedings, incidents and relevant resolutions. If required, we will provide you with copies of briefs filed, notifications received and recordings of proceedings.
